摘要
以冰乙酸和异戊醇为原料,以分子筛MCM-41负载磷钨酸为催化剂,环己烷为带水剂,合成了乙酸异戊酯.考察了反应物配比、催化剂负载量及用量、反应时间及带水剂用量对产品酯化率的影响.实验结果表明:合成乙酸异戊酯的较优反应条件为:n(冰乙酸):n(异戊醇)=1:1.5(mol/mol),负载量为50%,催化剂用量为反应物料总量的1.0%,带水剂环己烷15mL,反应时间3.0h,上述条件下,乙酸异戊酯的酯化率可达94.3%.
Iso-amyl acetate was synthesized using acetic acid and iso-amyl alcohol as starting materials,mesopore materials MCM41 supported phosphotungstic acid as catalyst and cyclohexane as water stripping agent.Effects of factors on yield of product,such as molar ratio of the reactant,catalyst dosage and supported contents,reaction time and the amount of water stripping agent were investigated.Experimental results showed that the preferential conditions are:acetic acid 0.1mol,the molar ratio of acetic acid to iso-amyl alcohol is 1:1.5;supported contents is 50%,the dosage of catalyst is 1.0% of the total weight of the reactants;the amount of cyclohexane as water stripping agent is 15mL;the reaction time is 3.0 h.Under these conditions,the yield can achieve 94.3%.
