摘要 采用钨极交流氩弧焊方法对不同型号的镁合金薄板进行焊接,并对焊板进行力学性能检测,考虑到不同成分的镁合金板材拉伸性能的差异,对焊板上垂直于焊缝方向上的拉伸性能进行研究,结果表明,拉伸试样的断裂位置在AZ31镁合金一侧的热影响区处.断口由韧窝连接而成,宏观上为韧性断裂. Welded blanks of magnesium alloy had been manufactured by gas tungsten act welding (GTAW). It had tested the mechanical properties of welded-blanks; studied the tensile properties on the direction that perpendicular to the weld, considering the differences of tensile properties between different magnesium alloys. The research respected that the sample broke at heat affect zone (HAZ) by the side of AZ31 magnesium alloy; The fracture formed by linked- toughening nests, and it was considered ductile fracture on macroscopic
