Study on the Identification of Components of Mongolian Medicine Yuzan Qingyan Shiwu Wei Pill with TLC

目的:建立蒙药玉簪清咽十五味丸薄层鉴别方法.方法:采用TLC法对本处方中的栀子、木香和甘草进行鉴别研究.结果:在TLC法中检出各药味特征斑点,阴性对照色谱中在相应的位置上均无干扰.结论:低温、低湿度及高湿度对整体分离效果无太大影响,分析方法结果准确、可靠,操作简便、快速.

Objective：To establish the method for identifying the companents of Mongolian Medicine Yuzan Qingyan Shiwu Wei Pill with TLC.Methods：The TLC was used for the identification of Garden, Radix Aucklandiae and Glacyrrhiza in the prescription.Results：TLC detected the distinctive spot of each component and no interference in the corresponding position in negative control.Conciusion：Low temperature, low humidity and high humidity have no obvious effect on the separation. Quantitative analysis method was precise,reliable and simple.
