矮秆蓖麻主要农艺性状杂种优势分析 被引量:2

摘要 对通辽市农业科学研究院新育成的矮秆Lm型标记雌性系和恢复系各4个及组配的16个F1杂交组合主要农艺性状的杂种优势进行了分析.结果表明,F1的杂种优势均随性状不同而有所差异,18个性状中单株粒重、百粒重2个性状表现了正向超亲优势,单株粒重的最大,为11.79%,说明矮秆蓖麻单株粒重有着较高的杂种优势,要选育单株产量超高值亲本杂交种的途径是可行的;生育期、植株高度的超亲优势表现负向优势,分别为-19.02%和-14.37%,说明要选育生育期较短、植株高度较小的矮秆蓖麻杂交组合是有效的,但在Lm型标记雌性中对植株高度的正向选择不利于杂交种株高的降低. Analyze the heterosis of major agronomic characters of four dwarf castor Lm markers female line and four restorer line and 16 F1 hybrid combination each other, which are bred in Tongliao Agricultural & Science Institute just now. The results indicates that the heterosis of F1 are different with their different characters. Among 18 agronomic characters, the grain weight and hundred-grain weight of single plant, these both characters are positive heterobehiosis. The maximum grain weight of single plant is 11.79%.This suggests that grain weight of single plant of dwarf castor are higher heterosis. So it's feasible to choose and cultivate the a hybrid strain which can be extremely high singe yield. During the growing period, plant's height showed negative heterobeltiosis,-19.02% and-14.37% respectively. This shows that it is effective to choose and cultivate the short-growing period and small- height plants dwarf castor, but the positive choosing about plant's height in Lm markers female line is unfavorable to the lowing of the hybrid strain plant height.
