摘要
以哲资108、1987、青塔三份籽粒为花色和1770、99转标-A两份籽粒为黑色的材料为亲本,进行了不同类型的遗传交配设计,研究了粒色性状的遗传特点.结果表明,普通蓖麻的种皮是母体组织—珠被发育而来,其颜色是由母体的基因控制的,不受外来花粉的影响;蓖麻粒色属于核遗传,花色(黑底灰纹)与黑色是受1对等位基因控制的相对性状,花色为显性,黑色为隐性.本试验通过对普通蓖麻成熟种子颜色遗传规律的研究,以期在杂交制种过程中利用种子颜色作为标记性状,对杂交种子的纯度进行简便、快速的鉴定.
In the test, we use three difl^rent types genetic mating design- three colours coat varietes Zhezi108,1987, Qingta and two black coat varietes-1770,99transfer mark-A ,they are both as parents, research the genetic character of on grain color. The results indicate that seed skin of common castor grows from tissue of mother body which is called integument, its color count on controlling gene of parents, no influence from outside flower dust, the color of grain common castor is controlled by cell nucleus gene, colors (black shading) and black is relative pattern by a couple gene (which lies in the same location just opposite ), the colors is dominance, black is invisible. Through research on law genetic of common castor ripe seed color, in order to identified the purity of hybridize seed rapidly and simply during using seed color as marked character in the process of hybridize making seed.
