山腊梅叶颗粒联合匹多莫德治疗小儿手足口病疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Chimonanthus Nitens Leaf Particles Combined with Pidotimod in the Treatment of Hand-foot-mouth Disease in Children

目的:观察山腊梅叶颗粒联合匹多莫德治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效.方法:将90例患儿随机分为治疗组、对照组1、对照组2,治疗组给予山腊梅叶颗粒联合匹多莫德,对照组分别给予山腊梅叶颗粒、匹多莫德,观察临床体征的变化并进行分析.结果:治疗组临床症状及体征均较对照组消失快.结论:山腊梅叶颗粒联合匹多莫德治疗小儿手足口病见效快,可缩短病程,值得临床推广.

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of chimonanthus nitens leaf particles combined with pidotimod in treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods： 90 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 1, control group 2, the treatment group was given chimonanthus nitens leaf particles combined with pidotimod, the control group were respectively given chimonanthus nitens leaf particles and pidotimod, the changes of clinical signs were observed and analyzed. Results： The clinical symptoms and signs in the treatment group disappeared more quickly than in the control group. Conclusion： Chimonanthus nitens leaf particles combined with pidotimod has fast effect on infantile hand-foot-mouth disease, and can shorten disease course, so deserves the clinical expansion.
