New Progress in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Senile Depression

摘要 抑郁症是指显著而持久的心境或情绪低落为主要症状的一类心境障碍.目前国际国内尚无老年期精神障碍的诊断标准.为提高其老年期抑郁症的诊治水平,就老年期抑郁症的诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗进行了综述. Depression is a series of mood disorders characterized by remarkable and permanent depressive mood or emotion. At present there are no diagnostic standards for senile mental disorders in international and domestic scope. In order to improve the diagnosis and treatment, the paper reviewes the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of senile depression.
