摘要 目的:了解目前实习护生的心理状况与需求,针对性的制订临床教学对策,从而提高教学质量.方法 :采用自制调查表对178名大专以上实习护生进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行分析.结果:实习初期护生的心理状态以兴奋、紧张、恐惧为主;实习中期护生的工作态度积极主动,主要表现为自满心理;实习末期由于想尽快结束实习,护生出现松懈心理.结论:临床教学中根据不同实习阶段护生出现的心理问题采取相应的教学干预对策,取得了满意效果. Objective: To understand the psychological states and needs of practice nurses, and formulate pertinency clinical teaching countermeasures, thereby improving teaching quality. Methods: Adopting self-made questionnaire to conduct a survey of 178 college nursing students, and the survey results were analyzed. Results: The psychological state of practice nurses at early stage were excitement, tension and fear; at middle stage, their working attitude were active and initiative, mainly presented as complacency; at end stage, because they wanted to end the practice as soon as possible, slack appeared among them. Conclusion: In clinical teaching of nursing students, according to the psychological problems at different practice stage, taking appropriate teaching intervention measures can achieve satisfactory results.
