顾客资产影响因素研究——基于国内房地产企业的实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 目前大多数企业现有的顾客关系管理(Customer Relationship Management,简称CRM)却不尽如人意,这就要求企业将客户关系管理转入一个新的阶段——顾客资产管理阶段。本文就顾客资产影响因素进行一番研究,希望能够弥补目前企业顾客关系管理的种种不足,切实指导企业的经营活动。
