伦理矩阵方法在转基因技术评价中的应用

摘要 对技术应用进行伦理评价,最大的难题在于技术应用过程是否充分考虑和体现了各方利益诉求。作为一种新的技术评价方法,伦理矩阵将多项伦理原则综合地运用于具体场景,在充分权衡各方利益和化解利益各方矛盾方面具有明显的优势。通过对该技术评价方法的合理性说明,并结合实际案例分析为转基因技术的伦理评价提供一个范例,目的是为合理的转基因政策的制定提供一个建设性的方案。 The biggest problem for ethical assessment of technological application lies in whether the interests of all parties have been taken into account and safe-guarded in the course of the application of technology. Ethical matrix, as a new assessment method, synthesizes a number of ethical principles and then applies them to a specific case, thereby manifesting its obvious advantages in balancing the interests of the parties concerned and in resolving the conflicts between the parties as well. This paper aims to propose a constructive plan for making sensible policies concerning the application of genetically modified technology by justifying ethical matrix and by providing a model for the ethical assessment of genetically modified technology through case study.
