涡轮增压柴油机变截面涡轮与单向阀废气再循环系统的计算研究

Calculation and Study on VGT and Check Valve EGR of Turbocharged Diesel Engine

随着排放法规日趋严格 ,要求增大废气再循环系统EGR率的调节范围 ,简单的EGR系统难以满足要求。研究了变截面涡轮及排气节流阀配合单向阀的几种EGR系统 。

With the increasing stringent exhaust emission regulations for diesel engines in the world, the higher EGR rates are necessary. But it's difficult for the turbocharged diesel engines with simple EGR systems to reach the higher EGR rates. A check valve EGR system with VGT or exhaust throttle valve for turbocharged diesel engine has been studied and results compared with or without VGT and exhaust throttle valve.
