摘要
[目的]探讨压疮伤口适宜的治疗方法及其效果。[方法]按入选标准选择45例50处Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期压疮伤口病人,分为3组,A组采用蜂蜜敷料,B组采用现代敷料,C组采用传统敷料治疗,并结合整体干预至压疮愈合或创面达到手术修复适应证时。记录3组压疮愈合计分、伤口红期演进时间、压疮治疗时间和治疗费用,并分析比较3组的结果。[结果]压疮愈合计分3组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组明显低于B组和C组,B组低于C组,且评分累计改进超过100%;红期演进时间和伤口治疗时间3组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组明显短于B组和C组,B组短于C组;治疗费用3组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组最少,B组最多。[结论]采用蜂蜜敷料治疗压疮是较适宜的方法,能有效地清除伤口感染和坏死组织,促进伤口愈合。
Objective:To probe into eligible treatment methods of pressure ulcer and the effects. Methods:45 cases of pressure ulcer patients with 50 Ⅲ and IV stage of wounds were selected according to inclusion criteria. They were divided into group A, group B and group C. Group A adopted honey dressings,group B adopted modern dressings and group C adopted traditional dressings,and combined with the overall intervention to healing of pressure ulcer or to wounds of surgical repair indications. Then the pres- sure ulcer total points, the wound red stage evolution among time ,pressure sore treatment time and cost of treatment were recorded,anayzed and com- pared three groups. Results:There were significant differences in the pres- sure ulcer healing score among the three kinds of treatment (P〈0. 05). The score of group A was significantly lower than that of group B and group C,the score of group B was lower than that of group C,and cumula- tive score improved more than 100%. There were significant differences in red stage evolution time and pressure ulcer treatment time among the three groups(P〈0. 05),that in Group A was significantly shorter than that of group B and group C,that in group B was shorter than that of group C. There were significant differences in the cost of treatment among the three groups(P〈0.05) ,that in group A was the least,and that in the group B was the most. Conclusion: Honey dressings in treating pressure ulcers could effectively remove the wound infection and necrotic tissue and pro- mote wound healing.
