脑血管造影出现并发症及造影失败原因分析

Analysis of the failure and complications in cerebral angiography

目的分析影响全脑数字减影血管造影（DSA）完成及出现并发症的原因，提出预防的措施。方法对解放军第四一一医院收治的284例单纯全脑血管造影患者的造影成功率、并发症及其原因进行了回顾性分析。结果对262例患者成功完成全脑4根供血造影，对18例患者部分完成2～3根供血动脉造影，脑血管造影成功率98．6％，4例囚先天性血管变异等原因完全失败。因操作和造影剂原因导致的非严重并发症13例（4．6％），死亡0例。结论脑血管造影是一可靠安全的检查方法，按照程序谨慎操作，可以避免严重并发症的出现。

Objective To evaluate the success rate and complications of cerebral digital subtraction angiography （DSA） and introduce preventive methods. Methods Two hundred and eighty four patients who were hospitalized in the People＇s Liberation Army No. 411 Hospital received cerebral angiography, the success rate, reasons of complications and uncompleted cases were analysed retrospectively. Results Of all the cases,262 eases received cerebral angiography of 4 feeding arteiies sucessfully, 18 cases received cerebral angiography of 2 to 3 feeding arteries, the success rate of cerebral angiography was 98.6%. Four patients with congenital vascular abnormalities were failed to complete angiography. A total of 18 cases （4.6%）with non-severe complications due to failure of operation and contrast medium supersensitivity were observed. No death occured in this group. Conclusion Cerebral angiography is a reliable safety method of checking. The serious complications can be avoided by exquisite work.
