急性冠脉综合征合并DebakeyⅢ型主动脉夹层诊断与治疗一例 被引量：4

摘要 病例资料患者,男,39岁,因无明显诱因突发胸骨后及剑突下剧烈压榨性疼痛4h入院,疼痛放射至双侧肩背部、腰部,伴冷汗、恶心、呕吐。患者曾于5年前体力活动后出现过胸闷,无伴随症状,休息后缓解,未予药物及其他治疗。体检：左上肢血压160/80mmHg.
