椎管内硬膜外血管母细胞瘤一例 被引量：2

摘要 病例资料患者,女,21岁。因剖宫产术后28h双下肢感觉、运动突然消失21h入院,既往体健。查体：左上肢肌力3级,右上肢肌力4级;胸骨角平面以下感觉、运动、反射完全消失,循环存在。双下肢肌张力低下,病理征未引出。
