诱导多能干细胞(iPSCs):过去、现在和未来 被引量:4

摘要 诱导多能干细胞技术诞生至今已有6年多历史了,许多人认为这是生命科学和再生医学研究领域的一场革命,也是细胞生物学发展的里程碑,很多人预言这项技术迟早会获得诺贝尔生理医学奖。但是,对这项技术诞生的历史背景、发展历程、研究现状以及未来前景,能够真正了解的并不多。为此,我们将此项技术发明人日本京都大学iPS细胞研究和应用中心山中伸弥(Shinya Yamanaka)最近发表的评述(Yamanaka S.Induced pluripotent stem cells:Past,present,and future.Cell Stem Cell2012;10(6):678-84)翻译成中文以飨读者。
