深井高应力软岩泵房锚注支护及数值模拟研究 被引量:3

摘要 基于赵楼煤矿泵房的岩石矿物分析、地应力测试、岩石力学试验、破坏机理分析,采取抗让结合的"抗—卸—固"支护方案,提出以锚杆注浆加固为核心的联合支护体系,来解决深部高应力软岩大型硐室的支护技术难题。通过FLAC3D数值模拟,同未注浆硐室相比,注浆后围岩塑性区基本消失,锚杆(索)受力减小,围岩应力分布均匀,竖向位移和水平位移都有大幅度降低,整体强度增大,有效地控制住了围岩的变形,保持了泵房硐室围岩的长期稳定。 Based on mineral rock analysis, ground stress test, rock mechanics test and failure mechanism analysis of the pump house in Zhaolou Coal Mine, we take the combination of "fight -discharge -solid" support scheme ,put forward the bolt grouting consolidation as the core of the combined support system,to solve the supporting technical difficult problem of high stress deep soft rock cavern large ex- pansion. Through FLAC3D numerical simulation, compared with no grouting, the grouting surrounding rock under the condition of the plastic zone mainly disappears, anchor cable force decreases, and surrounding rock stress distribution evens, vertical displacement and horizontal displacement has greatly reduced. The overall strength increases, it effectively controls the deformation of the surrounding rock, and maintains the long - term stabilization of the pump house surrounding rock.
