摘要
合成了N-氰亚胺取代的π-共轭体系苯并二噻吩化合物3,7-二(2-乙基己基)-2,6-三氟甲基-4,8-二(N-氰亚氨基)苯并[1,2-b:4,5-b’]二噻吩。这类化合物有望作为在空气中稳定的、可用溶液法制备的n-型有机薄膜晶体管的材料。利用质谱、核磁共振氢谱、元素分析、紫外可见吸收光谱和电化学测试等方法对化合物进行了表征。并利用溶液法制备了n-型场效应晶体管,其迁移率达到了0.003cm2/(V.s),并具有良好的空气稳定性。
The π-conjugated system containing cyanoimine substituted benzodithiophene 3,7-di-(2-ethylhexyl)-2,6-trifluoromethylphenyl4,8-biscyanoiminebenzo[1,2-b:4,5-b’]dithiophene has been synthesized as potential active materials for solution-processed and air-stable n-type organic thin-film transistors(OTFTs).The compound was characterized by MS,1H-NMR,elemental analysis,UV-Vis and electrochemistry,respectively.The n-type OTFTs which were fabricated by solution-processing and have a relatively good mobility up to 0.003 cm2/(V.s) were obtained with good air stability.
