辅助性肝移植的理论与实践 被引量：4

摘要 肝移植是治疗终末期肝病的有效手段。由于肝脏是单一而非成对的脏器，所以常规的肝移植要切除患者全部失去功能的病肝，代之以功能完善的供体全部或者部分肝脏，半个多世纪的实践证明了这种方法的有效性。时至今日，肝移植的1年存活率接近90％，5年存活率接近70％，数十万患者因此而获得重生，成效卓著。
