云南个旧发展接续产业的约束条件与对策思考

资源型城市发展接续产业是一个世界性的难题,对于中国而言,资源枯竭城市接续产业选择没有什么经验可借鉴。接续产业发展受到多种因素的制约,必须综合考虑当地的资源条件、经济状况、技术水平和产品的市场潜力,从而使接续产业的发展能够带动整个城市经济繁荣。本文依据接续产业发展的相关理论,在对个旧市接续产业发展现状的调查基础上,对个旧市接续产业发展对策进行深入探讨,以其为国内其他资源型城市接续替代产业发展提供借鉴。

It is a worldwide problem for the resource-based cities to develop successive industries. As for China, there＇ s no experience to take example by the resource-exhausted cities to choose the way of developing successive industries. The development of successive industries is restricted by a variety of factors. The local resources, economic status, level of technology and market potential of products should be synthetically considered, so that the development of successive industries can lead to the e- conomic prosperity of the entire city. According to the theories of successive industrial development, the article is based on the investigation of the present situation of the successive industrial development in Gejiu city. It probes into the countermeasure of successive industrial development in-depth and pro- vides reference for developing successive industries in other resource-based cities.
