Exploration of the College Financing Channel Under the New Situation

扩招后高等教育规模扩大与教育经费投入不足的矛盾日益突出,普通高校依法多渠道筹措办学经费成为学校财务管理的重要任务。探索多元化的融资渠道,是普通高校解决资金短缺问题,实现可持续发展的必然选择。分析了我国高等教育的筹资现状和地方高校当前面临的融资困境,根据融资管理中的一些探索与创新经验,试图探索出适合普通高校发展的融资渠道。

After the enrollment expansion of higher education, the contradiction between the expan- ding scale and the insufficient educational expenditure is increasingly prominent. To explore the multi- ple channels of raising funds for running the school becomes the important task of financial department of colleges and universities to solve the shortage of capital problem and realize the sustainable development. By analyzing the present fund-raising situation of China＇ s higher education and financing difficulties local universities facing, the paper tries to explore the financing channels that are suitable for the development of colleges and universities based on some experiences and innovations of the financing management,
