基于比较分析的天津总部经济发展对策研究

A Comparative Study of Development Strategies of Headquarters Economy in Tianjin

近年来,总部经济成为我国各地竞相发展的新经济热点,许多大中城市都积极投身到总部资源的激烈争夺中。天津紧跟总部经济发展趋势,于"十一五"发展规划中明确提出了要大力发展总部经济。"十一五"已过去,当初的规划目标是否实现,天津总部经济发展在全国居于何位,发展中存在哪些问题,下一步又该如何发展,都是需要认真分析探讨的问题。通过对15个发展总部经济城市的比较分析,力争找准天津在全国总部经济发展格局中的位置,分析天津在推进总部经济发展中的不足,并尝试提出下一步发展的对策建议。

The development of headquarters economy has recently become a new focus of attention in China, so a lot of cities make great efforts to develop headquarters economy. Tianjin closely followed the developing trend and made the decision of accelerating the development of headquarters economy in the 11 th Five-Year Plan. By now, the 11 th Five-Year Plan has come to an end. Has the goal been achieved？ How is Tianjin in the development of headquarters economy in China？ Are there any problems in the development？ What＇ s the next step？ These are the questions which need to be studied carefully. The article makes a comparative study of fifteen cities to try to find the position of Tianjin in the development of headquarters economy, analyzes Tianjin＇ s weaknesses and tries to put forward some suggestions.
