摘要
数字核谱仪系统中的脉冲堆积直接影响到信号幅度的有效提取,进而影响到核谱仪的能量分辨率。为了减小脉冲堆积对核谱仪能量分辨率的影响,引入时间比较脉冲堆积识别方法,对识别到的堆积脉冲直接丢弃处理,将降低数字信号处理时间,同时可减小脉冲堆积对能量分辨率的影响,对计数率的影响可以通过简单的校正方法来实现计数率的补偿。采用上述方法对实际的核脉冲堆积信号进行了处理,然后对其进行了计数率校正,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。
The pulse amplitude' s extraction and energy resolution can be affected by the pulse pile-up in digital nuclear spectrometer system. In order to reduce the effect, this article introduces a time comparison identification method to identify the situation of pulse pile-up, which will reduce the digital signal processing time and the effects of energy resolution. The impact of the count rate can be corrected by a simple correction method. Finally, the actual pile-up pulse and count rate have been processed by this mothod,the results of this method have been verified in practical applications.
