摘要
使用高效的复合增塑剂和硬脂酸锌热稳定剂熔融制备聚乙烯醇(PVA)/高直链淀粉/蒙脱土复合材料。通过傅里叶红外光谱分析仪、DSC、X射线衍射仪、热失重分析仪等分析表明:聚乙烯醇和高直链淀粉具有很好的相容性和界面结合,蒙脱土(MMT)可以提高复合材料的力学性能、热稳定性、耐水性等性能。改性蒙脱土层间距增大与聚合物基体形成插层结构,当蒙脱土的质量分数为2%时,复合材料有很好的综合性能。
The composite of polyvinyl alcohol/high amylase starch/montmorillonite was prepared by adding efficient plasticizers and zinc stearate heat stabilizers through extrusion process. The structure and properties of composites were analyzed by NF-IR, DSC, XRD, TG etc. The results showed that polyvinyl alcohol and high amylase starch had good compatibility and interfacial bonding property. The mechanical property, thermal stability and water resistance of composites were improved by adding a certain amounts of MMT. The layer spacing of MMT was increased and the intercalated structure was formed. Composites had better overall performance when the mass fraction of MMT was 2%.
