摘要
天津市的能评工作始于2008年,笔者联系自己工作实际并结合天津市能评工作的进展,以天津市某工业企业的节能评估为例,项目电力消耗主要包括生产及辅助生产设备、照明、空调系统,用需要系数法计算耗电量,其中焊接变压器单独统计耗电量。研究表明,需要系数法计算耗电量趋于标准化,与负荷系数和同时系数相比有一定优势,具备可比性,避免了计算过程参数过多,减小了估算结果误差,具有很好的应用价值。
The energy-saving assessment of Tianjin City began in 2008.A case study on the energy-saving assessment of an industrial enterprise in Tianjin was presented in this paper.The main power-consuming facilities of the enterprise were production and auxiliary equipment,lighting and air-conditioning systems.The demand-factor method was applied to calculate the power consumptions while the power consumption of the welding transformer was counted separately.This study showed that the demand-factor method for calculating power consumptions tends to be standardized.With this method,excessive number of calculation process parameters can be avoided and the error of estimating results will be reduced.The demand-factor method has therefore a good application value.
