基于知识模板的船用柴油机复杂零件数控技术研究

摘要 针对船用柴油机形状复杂的大型零件,利用知识工程和特征相似性的原理,以Visual Studio和UG/OPEN API为开发工具,开发了船用柴油机复杂零件数控编程系统.以CAD、CAPP提供的信息为基础,研究了基于特征的刀具轨迹规划,并通过定制专用的后处理器生成数控代码.该系统能实现对船用柴油机零件的快速编程,实现系统的集成化、通用化和自动化. Marine diesel engine is a kind of part with complex shape, accordingto tile principle ot" knowledge based on engineering and characteristic similarity, withVisua Stu dio and UG/OPEN API as a tool to develop the system about Marine Diesel based on the knowledge of the template. U sing the information from CAD and CAPP as the foundation. the tool path based on features is researched, and through customizing tile post processor, tile right NC code is gotten. So that the system is complete to programming Marine Diesel engine partsl'ast, through the further development of UG, the system of integrated, generalization, glulonlation are re alized.
