A Patent Information Analysis of Engineering Machinery Industry in China

在对产业发展现状和现有研究进行概括和综述的基础上,利用"Innography专利信息检索分析平台"和"上海知识产权(专利信息)公共服务平台",对中国工程机械领域的专利进行全面的检索,并形成研究专利数据库,然后从发展态势与构成、竞争态势、技术态势和外国在中国申请专利等方面,对中国工程机械产业专利信息进行分析,从而为中国相关产业开展创新活动提供参考。

The developing status of Chinese engineering machinery was briefly introduced, and the previous researches on patent protec tion of Chinese eligineering machinery were summarized. Using the patent information retrieval and analyzing service platforms of lnnogra phy and Shanghai Intellectual Property Public Service Platform, the patent database for the research was constructed, and the patent infor marion was investigated from the perspectives of developing trend, patent types, competitive situation, technological distribution and for eign applicants. The findings would provide a valuable source of reference for the development of engineering machinery industry in Chi na.
