Remarks on Sharing Pattern of Scientific Data Resources in View of Linked Data

在分析了关联数据概念内涵与构建原则的基础上,剖析了基于URI数据复用、LOD开放发布与RDF链接管理的关联数据共享机制,指出URI开放复用在数据关联共享中扮演的基础性角色,Web开放发布对于数据自由存取与复用所具有的重要意义,以及RDF链接在数据共享网络构建中所承担的核心作用。以此为理论基础,进一步阐述了基于关联数据的科研数据资源共享模式,包括科研关联数据的创建发布与科研共享数据网络的构建两部分。其中科研关联数据的创建发布通过数据URI命名、科研关联数据词汇集创建、数据LOD发布为构建科研数据网络奠定基础。而科研共享数据网络构建则通过多种方式和工具在科研关联数据集内部与外部积极构建RDF链接并实施动态维护,以此为桥梁将分布多元异构科研数据连接成为数据共享网络空间。

By means of analysis on concept connotation and basic principles of linked data, we dissect the sharing mechanism of linked da ta based on the URI data reuse, LOD open publication and RDF links construction, point out that the URI reuse and Web publication of linked data play a basic role in sharing mechanism, and analyze the core role of RDF links in the construction of linked data sharing net- work. Based on this, we state the pattern of scientific data sharing in view of linked data1 which includes the creation of scientific linked data and the construction of scientific data sharing network. Creation of scientific linked data lays the foundation for data sharing network by means of URI naming mechanism, linked scientific data vocabulary creation, and linked data publish. Construction of scientific data sharing network builds and maintains various kinds of RDF links inside and outside of scientific linked datasets, thus linking multiple, scat- tered and heterogeneous scientific data into a data network space.
