政务微博中的信息交流与信息公开——信任的中介作用

Information Exchange and Information Disclosure in Administrative Microblog:Mediating Role of Trust

随着网络信息技术和多媒体技术的飞速发展,微博在备受网民追捧的同时,也逐渐成为"网络问政"时代推动公民参与,加强官民互动,创新社会管理的重要媒介工具,受到政府和官员的广泛青睐。基于当前政务微博的使用现状,通过构建信息交流、信任与信息公开之间的关系模型,利用PASW 18.0软件对224份问卷数据进行统计分析,进而验证三者之间的关系是否成立。研究结果表明:信息交流与信任对信息公开均具有显著影响,信任在信息交流与信息公开之间起到部分中介作用。据此,本文提出了主要研究结论和管理启示。

As the fast move of network information technology and multimedia technology, microblog is getting more and more popular. Meanwhile, it is also gradually becoming a crucial medium of the era of ＂network governance＂ to promote citizen participation, enhance interaction between officials and civilians and innovate social management. That＇ s why it is widely favored by governments and officials. By constructing the model of connection among information exchange, trust and information disclosure based on current situation of the uti- lization of administrative microblog, we adopt the PASW 18.0 software to carry out statistical analysis for data from 224 questionnaires, in order to verify the connection among information exchange, trust and information disclosure. The research results indicate： both informa- tion exchange and trust have remarkable influences on information disclosure. The trust partially functions as a mediating role between in formation exchange and information disclosure. Accordingly, this article presents main research conclusion and inspirations.
