Relational Embeddedness,Knowledge Absorptive Capacity and Technological Innovation Diffusion of Enterprises in Cluster

构建了关系嵌入强度、知识吸收能力和集群企业技术创新扩散之间关系的理论模型,实证研究结果表明,关系嵌入强度和知识吸收能力正向影响集群企业技术创新扩散;关系嵌入强度正向影响企业知识吸收能力;潜在知识吸收能力在关系嵌入强度和技术创新扩散之间起到了部分中介作用;实现知识吸收能力在关系嵌入强度和技术创新扩散之间起到了完全中介作用。研究还表明,对微型企业和初创期企业而言,关系嵌入强度对知识吸收能力和技术创新扩散不产生显著正向影响。

The paper constructs the theoretical model of relation between relational embeddedness, knowledge absorptive capacity and tech- nological innovation diffusion. The results show that both the relational embeddedness and knowledge absorptive capacity have significantly positive effects on technological innovation diffusion; relational embeddedness plays an positive role on knowledge absorptive capacity ; po- tential knowledge absorptive capacity plays the part of partial intermediary ro!e between relational embeddedness and technological innova tion diffusion; while realized knowledge absorptive capacity plays the part of fun intermediary role between relational embeddedness and technological innovation diffusion. The study also shows iliat for small and micro-sized enterprises and embryonic enterprises, relational embeddedness has no Significant positive impact on knowledge absorptive capacity and technology innovation diffusion.
