经济下行时中国耐火材料行业发展的思考

Considerations on development of refractory industry in China when worldwide economy descending

全球经济增长的放缓或下行,给钢铁、有色及其他高温行业带来严重影响,也影响中国耐火材料行业的发展。为此,系统阐述了中国耐火材料行业存在的问题以及面临的挑战和机遇。为了保持中国耐火材料工业的可持续发展,在未来几年必须在五个方面做出转变。耐火材料行业的发展应该更多地依靠科技创新驱动,提高产业集中度,广泛开发低能耗耐火材料、资源节约型和环境友好型耐火材料以调整产品结构;高效、功能化、智能化、节能、环境友好的先进耐火材料是未来耐火材料的发展趋势。

With the worldwide economy deterioration or slow recovery,iron and steel industry,ferrous industry and other high temperature industries have been impacted seriously,thus logically resulting in negative effect on refractory industry in China. In this paper,existing problems,challenges and opportunities are described systematically. In order to maintain sustainable development of refractory industry in China, changes in five respeuts have to be implemented in the coming years. The development of refractory industry should be relied on more scientific and technological innovation drive, industrial concentration has to be raised, low energy cost refractories, resource saving and environment-friendly refractories should be developed widely to adjust the product structure. Advanced refractory materials, featured with high efficient, functional,smart and eco-friendly,are the development tendency in the future.
