国内二硅化钼发热元件的生产工艺及研究现状 被引量:1

摘要 简要介绍了国内二硅化钼发热元件的生产工艺及其研究现状,指出影响发热元件品质的关键因素是原料纯度和粒度、混料工艺以及烧结工艺。认为国内相关生产企业存在的普遍问题是对原料质量没有严格控制,混料工艺落后和烧结工艺不合适,并在此基础上提出了国内二硅化钼行业存在的缺乏深入研究工艺细节、规范生产工艺和升级生产设备等亟待解决的问题。 The production technology and research status of MoSi2-based heating elements in China were briefly introduced. It was pointed out that purity and particle size of starting materials, mixing method as well as sintering technology were the major factors affecting heating elements quality. The common problems existing in China' s manufacturers include failure in quality control of starting materials, backward mixing method and improper sintering process. Therefore,the following measures should be taken for improving the quality of MoSi2-based heating elements.to investigate details of production technology,to standard production process and to upgrade fabricating equipment.
