摘要
根据冶金设备特点 ,利用传热理论 ,建立合理的工艺设备冷却模型 ,结合马钢高炉具体情况 ,利用现有工程资料作为基础参数进行计算 ,说明密闭系统比敞开系统具有更好的工程效果。
On the basis of characteristics of metallurgical appliances,a reasonable cooling model for the process appliances was established by using theory of heat transfer. In the light of the practical state of blast furnaces of Maanshan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd.,cooling water treatment system was calculated by using the existing engineering data as basic parameters. It shows that closed system has better engineering effect than that of open system.
