代谢综合征运动处方制定的新模式——最大脂代谢强度运动处方 被引量:6

摘要 本世纪初Achten和Perez—Martin在能量交叉调控理论基础之上.为提高有氧运动中脂肪供能比例和增加脂代谢的靶向性.先后提出最大脂代谢强度这一新的运动强度术语及其检测方法。目前最大脂代谢强度判定方法的精确性虽仍存争议,但随着最大脂代谢强度的检测程序、最大脂氧化率的计算方法和最大脂代谢训练监控方案逐步确立.最大脂代谢强度作为一种新的靶向性更强的有氧训练模式已日趋成熟.并逐步实现了从理论研究到运动处方临床应用的转变。
