山东省保护地蔬菜农药使用现状及建议

Protected Vegetables Pesticide Use in the Present Situation and Suggestions in Shandong Province

简述了保护地蔬菜农药残留引起食品安全和环境污染问题,讨论了山东省保护地蔬菜农药使用现状和存在的问题,分析了导致农药残留的主要因素是由于农户自身文化底子薄,缺乏正确识别病虫害能力,农药使用仅凭经验,徒手配药、施药剂量大、施药次数频繁、无防护措施施药、喷雾不均匀、药械跑冒漏滴等现象普遍,最后结合山东省保护地蔬菜种植特点和优势提出建议,为今后加强农药残留监控,提高农户文化水平和科学合理使用农药提供参考。

This paper described briefly food safety and environmental pollution problems caused by pesticide residues in protected vegetables, described the current situation and problems of pesticide use in the protected vegetables in Shandong Province, analyzed the main factors that led to the pesticide residues, including the low cultural quality of most of the farmers, lack of correct identification of diseases and insect pests, the use of pesticides only experience, preparing pesticide directly by hand, spraying was not standardized widespread. Finally, it made a few suggestions combined with the protected vegetables cultivation characteristics and advantages in Shandong Province and provided a reference for strengthening the monitoring of pesticide residues, improving the cultural level of farmers and the scientific and rational use of pesticides.
