摘要
本文对我国城市出租汽车行业现行管理体制和经营模式进行了梳理和分析,指出存在的问题及成因,并提出建立科学的城市出租汽车行业管理体制的基本思路和建立健全法律法规、改革创新管理机制、加强配套基础设施建设等具体措施。
This paper analyses present city taxi industry management system and operation modes in China. It points out existent problems and the causes. In addition to that, it brings forward basic ideas and concrete measures about establishing a scientific management system of City Taxi Industry in China. These measures include building and Improvement laws and regulations, reforming and innovating management mechanism and strengthening infrastructure construction and supporting facilities, etc.
