高迁移率族蛋白B1在内毒素/脂多糖耐受中的作用

摘要 胞外高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)被认为是重要的晚期炎症因子,在脓毒症的发生发展中起着重要作用。有研究表明,HMGB1预处理可以引起LPS耐受陋 以及肝脏与心肌细胞对缺血再灌注损伤的耐受睁。
