摘要
对顶复门原虫的运动装置———滑动体的主要组成蛋白分子及其在运动与宿主细胞入侵过程中的分子机制等方面的最新进展进行了综述,旨在总结现阶段顶复门原虫滑动体相关蛋白在其运动和宿主细胞入侵分子机理的最新研究概况,并对该领域研究中存在的主要问题和将来的研究方向进行分析。
The major protein components and molecular mechanisms of motility machine(glideosome) during process of locomotion and host cell invasion of parasites in apicomplexa were reviewed.This article integrated some of recent advances in order to understand knowledge on molecular mechanisms of glideosome associated proteins such as parasite movement and entry host cells.In addition,a prospective was considered to the questions and future research on this field.
