钢结构住宅中结构防腐的成本分析

结构防腐是钢结构住宅成本组成中必不可少的一项,但目前我国没有相应的规范和标准对住宅的结构防腐作出明确要求,加上钢结构住宅结构体系的防腐措施的多样性,使得工程设计人员对结构防腐设计的成本控制很难把握。本文依据ISO 12944防腐设计原则,对钢结构住宅中的结构防腐成本进行了定量分析,并得到了单位建筑面积的防腐成本,可供设计人员参考。
