城市住区植物景观综合评价模型构建与应用 被引量:2

摘要 为科学地、客观的评价城市住区植物景观质量,选取11个评价因子,运用层次分析法建立城市住区植物景观的评价模型,并将该模型应用到洛阳市3个城市住区的植物景观进行评估。结果表明:生活型结构多样性、植物观赏特性多样性、植物景观视觉宜人性、植物与居民户外活动的亲和性是影响城市住区植物景观质量的主要因子;洛阳市3个住区综合评价结果为中泰世纪花城植物景观质量为优,其它两个小区植物景观质量为良;并分析了各个住区评价值高低的原因,指出了3个住区植物景观存在的问题。 In order to evaluate the quality of the residential plant landscape in cities,this paper chose 11 evaluation indices and made use of Analytical Hierarchy Process to establish an objective and reasonable evaluation system model of the residential plant landscape. The model was applied to the assessment of residential plant landscape in Luoyang city and the result showed, structural diversity of life form, diversity of ornamental character of plants, amenity of plant landscape and harmony between the plants and the recreation zone were important factors impacting on the plant landscape. According to the last scores ,the plant landscape of "ZhongTai Century Flower City" had reached a excellence level, two others' had reached a well level. Simultaneity, the reasons of results and the problems were analyzed.
