认识灸法急症事实,理解灸法急症价值——《备急灸法》读后感

围绕《备急灸法》的成书背景和主要内容,分析灸法在古代介入急症的需求和可能,总结《备急灸法》选穴和操作特点。结果表明,灸法之所以在古代能有效治疗急症,与古代多见感染性疾病、医疗资源匮乏、灸法有以"温"促"通"逆转急症病理的优势,以及灸法易于被民众用于自救自疗等因素有关。灸法治疗急症多选用四肢远端穴,操作方法重在灸灼,根据病情轻重决定壮数多少。
