MSCT及普通X线检查对气管支气管异物检出的临床对比研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨64层螺旋CT扫描与普通X线检查在诊断气管支气管异物中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析经临床纤支镜和手术证实,具有完整影像检查资料的82例呼吸道异物患者,对比分析64层螺旋CT扫描与普通X线检查对异物的检出率和征象显示。结果普通X线检查对异物的检出率为68.29%,64层螺旋CT常规扫描和多种后处理技术中以MPR对异物的检出率最高达100%,以透明肺技术的检出率最低为81.7%。64层螺旋CT对气管支气管阻塞征象显示明显高于普通X线检查。结论多层螺旋CT加后处理技术对呼吸道异物的诊断明显优于普通X线检查,可以作为临床诊断气管异物的首选检查方法。 Objective To research the clinical value of 64-slices spiral CT scan and common X-ray examination in the diagnosis of foreign bodies in air passages.Methods Retrospectively analysed 82 cases foreign bodies in air passages with complete radiological data confirmed by bronchoscopy or exairesis,and the detection rate and signs display of 64-slices spiral CT scan and common X-ray examination were compared.Results The detection rate of common X-ray examination was 68.29%,and among the 64-slices spiral CT scan and image postprocessing techniques,the detection rate of MPR was the highest(100%),and raysum was the lowest(81.7%).The bronchial obstruction signs display of 64-slices spiral CT scan was higher than that of common X-ray examination.Conclusions The diagnosis of air passages foreign bodies by 64-slices spiral CT scan was superior to common X-ray examination.When clinical doctor considered the patient as foreign bodies in air passages,64-slices spiral CT scan was the first choice,and the image postprocessing must contain MPR.
