摘要
研究了10组不同容器轻基质配方对油茶扦插苗生长发育的影响,结果表明:基质F(珍珠岩∶泥炭土∶LCS混合基质=2∶1∶7)的油茶扦插苗愈伤能力最强,愈伤率为96%,成活率为95%,高于其它基质配方,差异极显著;基质F的根、茎生长量优势明显。F组基质透水透气性良好,适宜油茶苗木的生长发育,且材料价廉物美,是理想的油茶扦插育苗基质。
Effect of 10 container substrates on the growth of Camellia oleifera cutting seedlings was studied in this paper.The results showed that the callus rate and survival rate of C.oleifera cutting seedlings with F(perlite + peat +LCS mixed matrix = 2∶1∶7) were the highest of 96% and 95% respectively,which were higher than those in the others.But there were no significant difference.The growth of roots and stems with F was with obvious advantages.The substrate of F was appropriated to the growth of C.oleifera,which was permeable,and high qualified substrate F'materials were low priced.Substrate F is an ideal subtrate of cuttage seedling-raising of C.oleifera.
