摘要
太阳电池覆盖各种减反射膜或作其它减反射表面处理后 ,其短路光电流密度的增量与有减反射膜的短路光电流密度的比 ΔJL/JL 小于或等于裸太阳电池表面加权平均反射率 Rω,即 ΔJL/JL Rω。
In order to reduce the loss of reflection from the solar cell surface and to increase the short circuit current many measures of anti reflection must be used in fabricating processes of solar cells.It was proved here that the ratio of the short circuit current density increment and the short circuit current density after covered by ARC ΔJ L/J L was less than or equaled to the weighted means reflectivity of naked solar cells ω,i.e.ΔJ L/J L ω
