健康诊疗管理跟踪降低消化性溃疡患者复发的对照研究

The Control Study of Health Management Tracking Reduced the Relapse of the Patient with Peptic Ulcer

目的探讨健康管理跟踪对社区消化性溃疡患者复发的影响。方法 80例治愈出院的消化性溃疡患者按抛硬币分组法分为研究组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组实施自我管理模式,研究组则实施健康管理跟踪干预。观察时间为6个月。干预前后,采用遵医行为、健康促进生活方式量表(HPLP)以及复发率等指标评价两组效果。结果①干预后,研究组遵医行为评定明显好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);②研究组HPLPⅡ总分为(2.78±0.39)分,明显高于对照组(2.32±0.41)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=5.14,P<0.01);③研究组复发率15%明显低于对照组45%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=8.57,P<0.05)。结论健康管理跟踪能够提高消化性溃疡患者遵医行为,有助于养成良好健康行为,降低疾病复发。

Objective To explore the relapse effect of health management tracking on the patient with peptic ulcer.Methods 80 patients with peptic ulcer who was geheilt das Krankenhaus verlassen were in divided into study group（40 patients） and control group（40 patients） by coin dividing group method,the control group was given the self-management mode,the study group was given the health management tracking intervention,the observe time was 6 months.Before and after intervention,the effect of the two groups was evaluated by complying with medical behavior,HPLP and recurrence rate.Results ①After intervention,the complying with medical behavior in study group was better obviously than that in control group（P0.01）;②The score（2.78±0.39）of HPLP Ⅱin study group was higher obviously than（2.32±0.41） of control group（t=5.14,P0.01）;③The recurrence rate 15% in study group was lower than 45% in control group（χ2=8.57,P0.01）.Conclusion Health management tracking could improve complying with medical behavior of the patient with peptic ulcer,conduce to fell into the habit of fine health behavior,reduce illness to recidivate.
