急性百草枯中毒患者血浆脑钠肽与预后的关系

CORRELATION BETWEEN SERUM LEVEL OF BRAIN NATRIURETIC PEPTIDE AND PROGNOSIS IN ACUTE PARAQUAT-POISIONED PATIENTS

摘要 目的探讨急性百草枯中毒患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)与预后的关系。方法急性百草枯中毒患者67例,以住院死亡为观察终点分为死亡组和存活组。采用免疫放射分析法测定中毒后24h内患者血浆BNP含量并进行统计分析。结果血浆BNP增高的46例患者,病死率80.43%。死亡组血浆BNP显著高于存活组。结论血浆BNP在百草枯中毒24h内明显增高的患者病情重,病死率高,预后差。早期动态监测血浆BNP能客观评估病情程度及预后。 Objective To study the correlatioh between serum level of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and prognosis in acute paraquat- poisoned patients. Methods All 67 patients with acute paraquat poison- ing were divided into two groups:death group and survival group. The final clinical outcome was defined as either death or survival in hospital. The serum level of BNP at 24h after poisoning was detected by immu- noradiometric assay and analyzed by statistics. Results Fatality rate of 46 patients with elevated serum BNP was 80.430~ (37 of 46). The serum level of BNP was significantly higher in death group than in sur- vival group (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Acute paraquat - poisioned patients with elevated serum BNP often predict a severe status, poor prognosis, and high fatality rate.
