唐山市946例煤炭从业人员高尿酸血症患病情况与影响因素分析

Characteristics and Risk Factors of Hyperuricemia in 946 Coal Industry Employees in Tangshan City

目的:了解唐山市煤炭行业从业人员高尿酸血症(HUA)的患病情况和相关危险因素。方法:选取唐山市煤炭行业从业人员946例,询问一般情况、个人生活习惯、家族疾病史等,测定身高、体质量和血压。取空腹肘正中静脉血检测血尿酸、血糖、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),并对检测结果进行分析。结果:HUA检出率为10.7%,HUA组的体质量指数、TG、TC、SBP、DBP高于非HUA组(P<0.05)。HUA组中男性、肥胖、吸烟、饮酒、高血压家族史、高血压、血脂异常者所占比例大于非HUA组(P<0.05),多因素分析显示男性、肥胖、血脂异常、高血压是HUA的独立危险因素。结论:煤炭行业从业人员HUA检出率较高,脂质代谢异常、高血压及不良生活习惯是其主要危险因素。

Objective： To investigate the characteristics and risk factors of hyperuricemia （HUA） in coal industry employees of Tangshan. Methods： The survey population in this study included 946 coal industry employees in Tangshan city. The general situation, personal habits, family history of disease, height, body mass and blood pressure were recorded. Levels of blood uric acid, blood glucose, total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL- C） and low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） were detected and analysed. Results： The detectable rate of HUA was 10.7%. There were significantly higher values of BMI, TG, TC, systolic blood pressure （SBP）, diastolic blood pressure （DBP） in subjects with HUA than those of subjects without HUA （P 〈 0.05）. There were higher rates of male, obesity, current smoking, current drinking, history of hypertension （HP）, HP, dyslipidemia in subjects with HUA than those of subjects without HUA （P 〈 0.05）. Multivariate analysis showed that male, obesity, dyslipidemia and HP were risk factors of HUA. Conclusion： There was a highly detectable rate of HUA in coal industry employees： The abnormal lipid metabolism, HP and unhealthy lifestyle habit maybe its causative factor.
