兔角膜硷烧伤后角膜微量元素的变化

摘要 本文以原子吸收光谱法观察了兔眼角膜严重硷烧伤后角膜铜、锌、钙和镁元素含量的变化及实验治疗的影响。结果角膜烧伤后备组(包括对照组、综合治疗组和甲孕酮治疗组)角膜中各元素含量均显著增高,一般在1~2周时达高峰,与角膜病变过程和程度相一致。讨论了微量元素在硷烧伤角膜的损伤修复过程中的可能作用。 Study on trace element and the effect of both combined treatment and medroxyprogesterone subconjunctival injection on alkaliburned cornea was made. Cu, Zn, Ca and Mg in the cornea were determined with an atomic absorption spectrophotometer before and after burning. The concentration of all elements in the burned corneas were increased significantly, especially in the first two weeks, and was in accordance with the degree of the corneal ulceration. These suggested that the trace elements take a role in the pathological processes.
