由于经济的发展 ,人口的增加 ,我国 2 1世纪将面临水危机。广西岩溶地区水资源的紧张状况已成为农村脱贫致富、发展经济的颈瓶。本项研究提出 :加大地下水资源开发力度 ,地表地下水联合调蓄 ,开发地下调节水库 ,建造水源林区等若干对策措施 ,可供有关部门在可持续发展战略决策时参考。
