老年人随年龄增加肌肉衰减变化特点研究 被引量:35

摘要 目的:应用生物电阻抗(BIA)分析仪研究老年人群随年龄增加肌肉衰减变化的特点。方法:测定833例人群瘦体组织、骨骼肌、去脂体重等机体组成,并分析人体各个不同部分的人体组成特点。结果:瘦体组织在30岁组为形成高峰,40岁后去脂体重、瘦体组织、骨骼肌、躯干和四肢瘦体组织重量逐渐减少,占体重百分比也逐渐降低,瘦体组织下降下肢比上肢明显。相反,体脂肪、脂肪百分比和内脏脂肪面积在20岁组最低,并随年龄增长而增加。60至80岁老年人肌肉衰减、体脂肪增长趋缓(P>0.05),内脏脂肪面积稳步增加(P<0.05)。老年女性体脂肪百分比明显高于男性(P<0.05)。结论:老年人肌肉尤其是下肢肌肉随年龄增长而衰减,脂肪组织则逐渐增加。 Objective: The purpose of this study was to measure muscle attenuation of the elderly adults by bioelectrical impedance analysis(BIA).Methods: 833 volunteers,aged 20 to 88 years,123 cases of old male and 152 cases of old female were measured by BIA.Results: The soft lean mass set a peak at 30-year-old,and fat free mass,soft lean mass,skeletal muscle mass,soft lean mass of trunk and limbs decreased after 40-year-old.On the contrary,body fat mass,percent body fat and visceral fat area were lowest in 20-year-old,and increased by age.The changes of skeletal muscle mass and body fat mass were slow in elder adults between 60~80 years(P0.05),and VFA increased steadily(P0.05).Percent body fat of older women was significantly higher than men(P0.05).Conclusion: In elder adults,soft lean mass,especially lower limb,decreased by age,and body fat mass increased.
